Where are the Retreats?
Our Retreats are held at a wonderful villa in Tavira, that is located 20 minutes from Faro Airport in the Algarve region of Portugal. The villa provides an amazing combination of luxury, privacy and peace and is the perfect location for the life changing experience of a KeeperSoul Retreat.

The cost of the retreat is highly subsidised and is not reflected in the price to attend the event. The price is €630 for a single room or €800 for a sharing room for 2 people.
If you are able to contribute more financially by way of a donation, we are eternally grateful for any gift. Any funds received will be given to our volunteers and used to cover their travel expenses.
If however you are unable to cover the voluntary cost, we would love to hear from you. -

Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an individual email with some suggestions as to what you can pack for the retreat. We will take into account the weather, our planned activities as well as some extras that will enhance your experience.

Depending on team availability, we can always consider an additional retreat date for groups of 5 or more. If you wish to book for a large group, please contact us with an individual request.

Airport transfers from Faro airport are included. Please contact us if you fly to Lisbon airport as a transfer could be arranged at a fee. This service depends on whether or not we have a driver available at that time. Please however ensure that we have your flight details well in advance so that we can confirm your arrival and departure with the driver. Any changes to your flight has to be communicated as far in advance as possible.
You will not need a car during your stay at the retreat as we arrange all transfers to and from the airport as well as retreat activities.

We have a cancellation policy of 100 % up to two weeks before the retreat provided that we can fill your space and 75 % up to two weeks before the retreat if we cannot fill your space and 40 % for one week or less.

In the interest of other women as well as the quality and meaningfulness of your own experience, we regret that we cannot accommodate any pets or children.

At this time KeeperSoul is only a womens event – but perhaps not for too long. We are hoping and praying about KeeperSoul Couples’ and KeeperSoul Mens’ retreats in the near future. Please keep this in your prayers!

Upon registration for the retreat we will request next of kin or emergency details. In case of an emergency we will immediately be in contact with your friends or family. We have access to an English speaking private clinic here in Vilamoura and will ensure that you receive the best care – just 10 minutes away.

Villas are equipped with a high speed internet connection so you can always be in contact with your friends and family.

It’s always a good idea to have some money in case of an emergency. We will also visit several markets, so you may want to buy some gifts or mementos to take home. We might have a meal out so please bring some money to cover that!

Unfortunately the retreat homes are not available for extended stays before or after the event. Please however enquire about affordable hotels in the area to which your transfer from the retreat is included.
